Commander: Lazav, the Multifarious

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Lazav, the Multifarious acts as the deck's graveyard copy engine, turning the yard into a toolbox-most importantly becoming Necrotic Ooze for the primary infinite-mana kill. The main plan is to feed the graveyard with Entomb/Buried Alive and looting, then assemble Necrotic Ooze plus Omen Hawker, Pili-Pala, and Walking Ballista to win through infinite Ballista activations. Secondary paths are a Lazav-copies-Phage one-shot, an early Phyrexian Dreadnought commander-damage assault, and a Crackdown Construct plus Lightning Greaves infinite-power line. The deck is a tutor-heavy Dimir combo-control list that uses free counterspells and instant-speed removal to protect its finishing turn.
