Pure Magic by Retr0mp10

Format: Commander

Commander: Massimo, the Magician

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spell-slinger tempo deck built around Massimo, the Magician, who recursively prints copies of cheap instants and sorceries by attaching them to entering creatures. The primary plan is to deploy evasive or hasty attackers, gear them with both spells and equipment, and then close with extra combat steps or repeated copied damage. The deck has robust card selection and a low mana curve, allowing it to weave cheap spells and small utility creatures into a fast, resilient attack plan. Rather than a deterministic combo, the deck wins through tempo and combat synergies that can escalate in a single turn.
