Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan midrange strategy commanded by Tymna the Weaver and Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper. The game plan opens with low-mana evasive and deathtouch creatures that enable Tymna the Weaver to generate consistent card advantage starting on Turn 3. As the midgame develops, Ikra Shidiqi, the Usurper converts combat damage into massive life totals, fueling powerful lifegain and toughness payoffs such as Resplendent Angel, Betor, Kin to All, and Beledros Witherbloom. The deck controls opposing threats with efficient removal like Swords to Plowshares and Abrupt Decay, while protecting its battlefield with Heroic Intervention and Flawless Maneuver. Rather than relying on infinite combos, it closes out the game around Turn 8 through wide token swarms, boosted combat damage, and asymmetric life-halving triggers.
