Format: Commander

Commander: Dina, Essence Brewer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Golgari sacrifice-and-life-drain deck built around Dina, Essence Brewer rather than a fast combo commander. The primary plan uses Pest, Saproling, Eldrazi, and decayed tokens as fuel for sacrifice outlets, turning every death into card draw, life, and opponent life loss through Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Cauldron of Essence, and Enduring Tenacity. Dina draws once per turn on sacrifice and can convert a huge creature's power into +1/+1 counters. Secondary paths include Jarad flinging an attack-buffed Jumbo Cactuar for 10,000 life loss, and Dina, Soul Steeper converting life gain into damage. The deck grinds value, then closes with mass-death drain.
