T'Challa Precon Upgrade..? by user4478760

Format: Commander

Commander: T'Challa, the Black Panther

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

T'Challa is an equipment-voltron commander built around cheap artifact synergy. The plan is to cast T'Challa early, then let Hammer of Nazahn auto-attach every subsequent Equipment for free while each MV4-or-greater artifact adds two +1/+1 counters. Brass Knuckles gives double strike, making a single equipped T'Challa deal 26 commander damage per turn. Shuri, the Black Panther acts as the hidden commander for the artifact-midrange plan, drawing off the same artifact count and pumping the board. A wide artifact base also supports Metalwork Colossus and big mana plays. Super State is the only true multiplayer finisher, converting one huge swing into three player eliminations. The deck is resilient to spot removal but vulnerable to mass artifact destruction and requires T'Challa to remain on the battlefield.
