Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Naya Voltron strategy built around Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. Cloud circumvents expensive equip costs by attaching an Equipment for free upon entering the battlefield. Thanks to innate haste, he immediately attacks on the turn he resolves. When modified with heavy stat boosters like Colossus Hammer or Hulkbuster Armor, Cloud surpasses 7 power on his initial swing, triggering both card draw and the creation of two Treasure tokens. This burst of mana fuels ongoing deployment and spell-shielding effects. The deck rapidly snowballs combat damage across the table using additional combat phases from Genji Glove and Tifa, Martial Artist. Tutoring density is exceptional, allowing dependable access to evasion, raw power, and protective artifacts. Defensive staples such as Grand Abolisher, Conqueror's Flail, and Teferi's Protection ensure critical combat phases proceed without disruption from opposing interaction.
