Deck overview

This five-color Saga enchantress deck is helmed by Tom Bombadil, whose triggered ability chains one Saga into another directly from the library, creating a compounding value engine. The primary game plan involves deploying early enchantress-style card-draw creatures (Sythis, Harvest's Hand, Setessan Champion, Verduran Enchantress, and others), ramping into Sagas, and letting the commander cascade through chapters turn after turn. Payoffs include life drain from Narci, Fable Singer, token armies from Historian's Boon and Archon of Sun's Grace, and creature copies from Anikthea, Hand of Erebos and Calix, Guided by Fate. A robust recursion package headed by Replenish and Elspeth Conquers Death ensures the engine can rebuild after disruption. The deck lacks compact combos and wins through sustained value accumulation, incremental drain, and battlefield presence.
