Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. Its core game plan revolves around accelerating mana during the opening turns, casting Miirym ahead of curve on Turn 4 or 5, and leveraging her nonlegendary token-copying ability to duplicate massive Dragon threats. Once assembled, the deck rapidly overwhelms opponents through compounded enter-the-battlefield triggers from Scourge of Valkas and Dragon Tempest, explosive mana generation from Old Gnawbone and Ganax, Astral Hunter, and lethal airborne combat damage amplified by Atarka, World Render and Thrakkus the Butcher. Additionally, the deck features a compact infinite combat loop using Savage Ventmaw and Aggravated Assault. Supported by robust card draw engines like Temur Ascendancy and Garruk's Uprising, the deck generates enormous card advantage and resilience, closing games decisively between Turns 6 and 7 while maintaining strong standalone stompy threat potential if the commander is removed.
