Deck overview

Marvo, Deep Operative leads a Dimir big-mana strategy that cheats massive Sea Monsters, Eldrazi, and high-impact spells into play through combat clash triggers. The deck uses topdeck manipulation like Harmonized Trio // Brainstorm, Brainsurge, and Telling Time to ensure Marvo consistently wins clashes, drawing a card and casting spells with mana value 8 or less for free. The payoff package features devastating sea beasts including Stormtide Leviathan, Hullbreaker Horror, Scourge of Fleets, and Tidespout Tyrant, which establish board dominance and suppress opposing combat. Because the deck runs minimal ramp and relies heavily on 33 basic lands, its early game focuses on cantripping and sculpting the top of the library. Once Marvo attacks on Turn 6, the deck builds insurmountable card advantage and board presence, overwhelming opponents through evasive combat damage backed by one-sided mass bounce.
