Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white blink midrange strategy commanded by Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd. The game plan revolves around casting Phelia early and attacking to repeatedly flicker creatures with powerful enter-the-battlefield abilities. Early turns focus on smoothing land drops and drawing cards using low-cost creatures like Spirited Companion and Claim Jumper. As the board develops, the deck transitions into a lethal threat by landing scaling anthems and token generators such as Cathars' Crusade, Mighty Mutanimals, and Skyboon Evangelist. Opposing threats and blockers are controlled using efficient instant-speed exile removal and Phelia's temporary banishing capability. While the deck lacks game-ending infinite combos and fast mana, its robust resilience, strong enter-the-battlefield synergy, and versatile protection spells allow it to dominate the mid-game and finish opponents through overwhelming combat damage.
