Deck overview

Five-color legendary toolbox built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The deck's primary plan is to fix into WUBRG, make Sisay large with multicolor legendary permanents, then use her repeatable ability to put legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. The usual win is a Jodah/Arvad-pumped legendary team attacking with Najeela's extra combat; a secondary Hero loop using Human Torch, Invisible Woman, Reed Richards, and The Thing can kill through card draw. The commander is the engine, but Captain Sisay, War of the Last Alliance, and Kethis provide backup. The mana base is slow, so the deck wins in the mid-game rather than by fast combo.
