Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Red Dragon Tribal stompy deck commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early mana rocks and creature cost-reducers to cast Lathliss ahead of curve on Turn 5. Once Lathliss is established, every subsequent Dragon spell creates an additional 5/5 flying Dragon token, rapidly creating a formidable aerial army. The deck translates this board presence into a decisive victory around Turn 8 through overwhelming flying combat damage, mass double strike from Terror of Mount Velus, and direct burn from Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas. While the deck possesses explosive damage output and strong redundancy among its threats, it operates at sorcery speed and has limited stack interaction, making it vulnerable to well-timed board wipes.
