Deck overview

This deck is a Bant aggressive engine led by Arcades, the Strategist that transforms defensive, low-cost walls into efficient beatsticks and recurring card draw. By utilizing Arcades' ability to assign combat damage equal to toughness and bypass the defender restriction, ordinary 0/4 and 0/8 creatures become lethal attackers for 1 or 2 mana. The mana base and acceleration suite prioritize fast green ramp and scaling defender mana producers like Overgrown Battlement and Axebane Guardian to establish Arcades on Turn 3. Once online, every defender replaces itself, rapidly filling the board and hand.
