Deck overview

This Temur deck leverages the partner pairing of Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer and Blue, Loyal Raptor to turn high-mana Dinosaurs into immediate, modified threats. Owen places essential keyword counters onto Blue, allowing every subsequent Dinosaur to enter the battlefield with haste, trample, menace, or reach. The deck accelerates through green ramp spells on early turns, establishes its commanders by turn 4, and follows up with heavy hitters like Quartzwood Crasher, Etali, Primal Storm, and Ghalta, Primal Hunger. Damage triggers and draw enchantments maintain card velocity while Wrathful Raptors and The Skullspore Nexus convert creature power into lethal reach and board wipe insurance. While vulnerable to well-timed sweepers, its dense suite of standalone threats and counter-based protection grants consistent resilience across typical mid-power games.
