Atraxa by user8568868

Format: Commander

Commander: Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice leads a poison/proliferate midrange deck that wins by giving opponents a single poison counter then multiplying it to ten. The primary plan is incremental proliferate from Atraxa's end-step trigger plus spells like Prologue to Phyresis, Experimental Augury, and Radstorm, accelerated by doublers Tekuthal and Doubling Season. Secondary paths are combat with infect/toxic creatures such as Blighted Agent, Tyrranax Rex, and Vishgraz, and a Triumph of the Hordes alpha strike. Atraxa is a steady value engine, not a combo piece; the hidden commander is Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, which doubles every proliferate and defines the deck's explosive turns.
