Commander: Alpharael, Stonechosen

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-black sacrifice drain deck helmed by Alpharael, Stonechosen. The primary strategy is to generate tokens, sacrifice them for value (draw, mana, removal), and drain opponents through death triggers like Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, and Syr Konrad, the Grim. The commander's void ability can deal half life on attack, which is easily triggered by a sacrifice each turn. The deck also includes Exsanguinate as a finisher and has strong recursion and token generation, making it resilient to creature removal, but it lacks tutors and stack interaction.
