Deck overview

This Jeskai spellslinger deck uses Gandalf, Party Guest to cheat high-impact instants and sorceries into play for free at the beginning of combat. By fielding low-cost legendary Wizards like Kaza, Roil Chaser, Balmor, Battlemage Captain, and Adeliz, the Cinder Wind, the deck rapidly inflates Gandalf's casting allowance. It pivots from early board development into chaining extra turn spells like Time Warp, Karn's Temporal Sundering, and Walk the Aeons, or resolving game-ending bombs such as Mnemonic Deluge, Aminatou's Augury, and Call Forth the Tempest. Continuous magecraft and prowess triggers convert these massive spell chains into overwhelming combat damage to eliminate all opponents.
