Deck overview

This deck is a Bant aggressive-midrange deck commanded by Sophia, Dogged Detective. The game plan revolves around casting low-cost Dog creatures, deploying Sophia to create Tiny, and using combat damage triggers to generate Clue and Food tokens. Sophia converts these artifact tokens into team-wide +1/+1 counters, steadily expanding your board's offensive stats. Card flow is sustained through Clue cracking, combat-damage draw engines like Bred for the Hunt and Bident of Thassa, and token payoffs like Idol of Oblivion. The deck finishes games through wide, evasive combat enabled by Herald of Secret Streams, Abzan Falconer, or an Overwhelming Stampede. It features dependable protection against destruction sweepers through spells like Inspiring Call and Make a Stand, though it lacks stack interaction and relies on top-decked redundancy rather than tutors to assemble its win conditions.
