Hazel - swarm of squirrels ! by user1984758

Format: Commander

Commander: Hazel of the Rootbloom

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Hazel of the Rootbloom is a Squirrel-tribal mana engine: she turns an ever-growing token board into black and green mana, while her end-step trigger copies a chosen token and doubles the count on Squirrels. The deck's primary plan assembles Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest for infinite Squirrel tokens, then wins with a haste-enabled attack or by using Hazel to make unlimited mana for Torment of Hailfire/Exsanguinate. Secondary paths lean on The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl, Parallel Lives, and Roaming Throne to flood the board, with Craterhoof Behemoth as a one-swing finisher. The commander accelerates and doubles, but every core engine functions without her.
