Deck overview

This deck is a four-color +1/+1 counters midrange deck utilizing Cecily, Haunted Mage and Reyhan, Last of the Abzan to generate resource velocity and build towering board states. The primary strategy ramps in the early turns, deploys Reyhan to establish counter-retention insurance, and leverages counter multipliers like Corpsejack Menace, Hardened Scales, and Master Biomancer. Card draw engines such as Fathom Mage, Toothy, Imaginary Friend, and Cecily's attack trigger ensure a steady supply of threats and land drops. By Turn 6, the deck converts raw counter volume into game-ending pressure using evasive beaters, trample enablers like Duskshell Crawler and Sunbringer's Touch, or asymmetric board blowouts like Wave Goodbye. While the deck excels at creature combat and modular counter distribution, its four-color manabase encounters tap-land friction and its reactive interaction suite is sparse, leaving it vulnerable to fast combo strategies and mass exile sweepers.
