Deck overview

This Boros equipment deck uses Giott, King of the Dwarves to turn aggressive artifact deployment into rapid card filtering. Casting Giott on turn two enables loot triggers whenever you cast Dwarves or Equipment, smoothing early mana and finding powerful buffs. Because Giott natively has double strike, every power buff is doubled, turning cheap weapons into lethal commander damage threats. The primary win condition is eliminating opponents sequentially through voltron combat damage with cards like All That Glitters and Embercleave. Secondary lines use go-wide token support from For Mirrodin weapons alongside Dragon Throne of Tarkir or Nahiri, Forged in Fury.
