Deck overview

This deck leverages Muerra, Trash Tactician to turn early Raccoon and changeling drops into an explosive mana engine. By adding mana for each Raccoon at the start of combat, Muerra fuels high-impact spells and triggers life gain and impulse draw through the expend mechanic. The deck transitions rapidly from small utility creatures into massive mana doublers such as Mana Reflection, Nyxbloom Ancient, and Zendikar Resurgent. These mana pools power out decisive threats including Cultivator Colossus, Kindred Summons, and Inferno of the Star Mounts, closing games through heavy combat steps and scalable burn damage. While the deck possesses strong card flow and explosive mana bursts, its primary win route is heavily creature-reliant and vulnerable to sweepers. Supporting protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Asceticism help preserve the board state through critical setup turns.
