New Untitled Deck by HurgleFurgle

Format: Commander

Commander: Zask, Skittering Swarmlord

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Zask, Skittering Swarmlord leads a Golgari Insect self-mill strategy. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with Insect creatures and lands, then use Zask to replay them from the graveyard, buy back value pieces, and build an overwhelming swarm. Secondary paths include mass reanimation with Bloodline Bidding, a pumped Finale of Devastation kill, and Altar of Dementia mill. A hidden commander, Grist, Voracious Larva // Grist, the Plague Swarm, transforms into a planeswalker and provides repeatable token generation and removal. Zask is both the recursion engine and mana advantage; without it, the deck still functions through other reanimation effects, but much more slowly.
