Commander: Breena, the Demagogue

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Breena, the Demagogue leads an Orzhov politics deck that turns opponent attacks into cards and +1/+1 counters. The primary plan is to encourage opponents to attack each other with goad effects and pillow-fort taxes, then grow Breena or a flyer into a commander-damage threat. Secondary paths are draw-punishment (Fate Unraveler, Scrawling Crawler, Orcish Bowmasters) and a two-card combo: Psychosis Crawler plus Peer into the Abyss, which drains the table when you draw half your library. Breena is the main card-advantage engine; without her, the deck still has tutors and draw spells, so it is not fully dependent. There is no true hidden commander; Squall, SeeD Mercenary and Super State act as alternate beatdown finishers.
