Jacob Frye & Evie Fyre (Assassin Tribal) (Blue/Black) Partners Ver. 1 by soadfreak815

Format: Commander

Commander: Jacob Frye and Evie Frye

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Dimir Assassin-tempo deck built around the partner pair Jacob Frye and Evie Frye. The plan is to land cheap, evasive Assassins, connect for combat damage to unlock the freerunning costs on spells like Eagle Vision and Petty Larceny, and use Jacob's exile-copy trigger to keep recasting Assassins and freerunning cards from the graveyard while Evie loots and makes an attacker unblockable. A dense control shell of ten counterspells plus bounce and conditional removal keeps the way clear while Coastal Piracy, Morbid Opportunist, and Assassin Gauntlet convert connects into cards. Roshan, Hidden Magister widens the tribe into every creature you control, Yggdrasil, Rebirth Engine provides the only mass-rebuild option, and inevitability comes from evasion, deathtouch, and incremental life drain. There are no infinite combos; the deck grinds through opponents with unblockable, menacing Assassins and card advantage.
