Format: Commander

Commander: Emet-Selch, Unsundered // Hades, Sorcerer of Eld

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Emet-Selch, Unsundered // Hades, Sorcerer of Eld is the deck's front-to-back engine. The front face accelerates the graveyard through loot and self-mill triggers, while the back face acts as a Yawgmoth's Will-style engine, letting you cast spells from the graveyard during your turn. The deck fills the graveyard early with Snooping Newsie, Glimpse the Unthinkable, and Emet's draw/discard triggers, then transforms on upkeep. Win lines are value-based: Hades commander damage, a flashbacked The Final Days token army, and incidental mill from Exhibition Tidecaller and Fraying Sanity. No hidden commander is needed; the 99 is built to set up and abuse Hades.
