Deck overview

Eluge is both commander and mana engine. The deck's primary plan is to play Islands and attack with Eluge to stack flood counters, converting that discount into cheap extra-turn spells. Secondary paths use Omniscience plus Enter the Infinite to draw the library and chain extra-turn spells for free, or loop Archaeomancer with Mystic Sanctuary and High Tide for repeatable turns. The deck plays draw-go: counters, bounce, and Propaganda or Rhystic Study buy time while Eluge grows. The main win line is Eluge's own unblockable commander damage via Rogue's Passage; Ojer Pakpatiq and Archmage Emeritus serve as backup spell-value engines. There is no hidden commander; the extra-turn package is the real core. Keeping Eluge alive and attacking is the central constraint.
