Deck overview

This Dimir kindred deck leverages evasive Faeries, instant-speed interaction, and card advantage to control the tempo of multiplayer Commander games. Led by Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor, the deck establishes early board presence with cheap flyers like Faerie Seer and Cloud of Faeries, turning them into resilient threats with lord anthems and death-draw triggers. It disrupts opponent actions using flash threats, countermagic like Spell Stutter, and bounce effects such as Brazen Borrower // Petty Theft, while diverting opposing attacks using goad mechanics from Alela, Cunning Conqueror and Nettling Nuisance. Mid-game resource engines such as Reconnaissance Mission and Nymris, Oona's Trickster ensure a continuous supply of cards. The deck transitions into a lethal win condition around Turn 7 by resolving overrun-style threats such as Shadow Puppeteers or one-sided sweepers like Kindred Dominance, closing out the game with overwhelming evasive air strikes.
