Galadriel, Light of Valinor is a Bant Elf tribal token/value deck built to chain creature enters into her three Alliance modes: extra GGG, a team pump, and a draw. There is no double-faced commander; the only DFC in the 99 is Thranduil, Sindarin Liege // Silvan Rally, whose creature face is a hidden Elf lord/landfall engine and whose adventure side fixes early land drops. The primary plan is to resolve Galadriel on turns 3-4, ramp with Elf dorks and Wood Elves, then use ETBs with Cathars' Crusade or Coat of Arms to make a huge attacking team. Secondary paths are Thranduil's landfall tokens, fliers like Eagle of the Great Shelf, and Rishkar's Expertise turning a large creature into cards plus a free pump spell.
