Commander: Bruvac the Grandiloquent

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue mill deck helmed by Bruvac the Grandiloquent, whose replacement effect doubles every card an opponent mills. The primary game plan is to land Bruvac early, deploy incremental mill engines like Ruin Crab, Drowned Secrets, and Psychic Corrosion, then close the game with a kicked Maddening Cacophony - with Bruvac on board, each opponent mills their entire library and loses. A secondary, commander-independent line pairs Laboratory Maniac with Enter the Infinite to draw the whole deck and win on the spot, while The Mindskinner serves as an unblockable mill-beater that doubles with Bruvac. The deck runs an exceptionally dense instant-speed counterspell suite (15 counters) to protect its commander and its winning turn, all on a 1.92 average mana value with 37 Islands and zero ramp.
