Deck overview

Hashaton, Scarab's Fist is a looting-and-reanimation commander that converts discarded creatures into 4/4 Zombie copies. The primary plan is to bin high-impact threats through cheap looters like Merfolk Looter, Thought Courier, Careful Study, and Frantic Search, then pay {2}{U} to make token copies or use Reanimate/Animate Dead to return the originals. Peregrine Drake is a key accelerant because its ETB untaps lands during the activation. The deck also runs a control package of counterspells, spot removal, and three mass wipes, and can finish with combat damage, Gray Merchant, or Living Death. There is no true hidden commander; Rona and Raffine simply reinforce the looting shell.
