Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking turns the graveyard into a second hand: every Elf in the yard lends him its activated abilities. The deck mills and discards aggressively, then uses Thranduil to tap for huge mana (Priest of Titania, Deathbloom Ritualist), untap itself (Devoted Druid), and overrun with Ezuri. A secondary line uses Deathbloom Ritualist plus Freed from the Real for infinite mana into Exsanguinate. Traditional Elfball pressure with Lathril, Ezuri, and Tyvar provides a fallback. There is no true hidden commander; the graveyard itself is the second engine. The commander is the primary engine, but the deck has enough independent mana and combat threats to keep playing if he is answered.
