Altar of the Mindskinned by Sketchykirby

Format: Commander

Commander: The Mindskinner

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck turns combat damage into mill with The Mindskinner, an unblockable 10/1 that makes each opponent mill instead of taking damage. Bruvac the Grandiloquent acts as the hidden commander, doubling every mill, with The Water Crystal adding extra cards. The main plan stacks half-library effects - Fleet Swallower, Terisian Mindbreaker, Traumatize and kicked Maddening Cacophony - to deck all opponents in one or two actions. Sakashima clones copy Bruvac or attackers for extra value, while Zellix creates blockers from milled creatures. Eighteen counterspells and broad instant answers control the table until the mill finish lands.
