Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a Jeskai artifact-charge-counter deck that turns every tap of the commander into a proliferate. The primary plan is to deploy Kilo early, attack each turn, and use Tekuthal plus extra proliferate spells to race Darksteel Reactor to 20 counters or Lux Artillery to 30 counters. Secondary paths assemble an untap loop with Filigree Sages, Voltaic Construct, and charge rocks for infinite mana, then win through Magistrate's Scepter extra turns or Cyberdrive Awakener. A combat backup uses Alibou and Depthshaker Titan to animate and haste the artifact board. There is no hidden commander; Aang is a flexible role player. The deck is resilient but linear, with no tutors and a heavy artifact exposure.
