Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Faerie kindred flash-tempo strategy commanded by Alela, Cunning Conqueror. It operates primarily on opponents' turns, pairing cheap instant-speed interaction with Alela's ability to create 1/1 flying Faerie Rogue tokens. In combat, dealing damage with Faeries goads problematic opposing creatures, redirecting attacks away from you and grinding down rival life totals. Card draw engines such as Nymris, Oona's Trickster, Tegwyll, Duke of Splendor, and Military Intelligence maintain card flow while the air force expands. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 6 by casting decisive curve-toppers like Shadow Puppeteers, which turns all flying attackers into 4/4 Dragons, or casting a prowled Notorious Throng to take an extra turn and flood the board. With responsive interaction, evasive damage, and disruption, the deck controls table dynamics before closing the game through coordinated aerial assaults.
