Deck overview

This deck is an artifact-centric midrange build with a dedicated one-card combo finish helmed by Jodah, Archmage Eternal. While Jodah offers five-color access and the ability to cheat high-mana threats like Progenitus and Bosh, Iron Golem for WUBRG, the deck's primary competitive route revolves around resolving Godo, Bandit Warlord. Upon entering the battlefield, Godo searches for Helm of the Host and places it directly into play. Equipping Helm to Godo produces infinite nonlegendary Godo tokens and infinite combat steps, eliminating all three opponents in a single turn cycle. Supporting artifact recursion from Daretti, Scrap Savant, Sharuum the Hegemon, and Feldon of the Third Path ensures resilience against disruption, while Teferi, Time Raveler, Lightning Greaves, and Swiftfoot Boots shield the combo from opposing removal. However, the deck suffers from a light land count, a lack of cheap instant-speed countermagic, and reliance on natural draws to find Godo.
