Kalamari Supremeee by user1499876

Format: Commander

Commander: Kalamax, the Stormsire

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kalamax, the Stormsire is the sole engine and finisher: the deck puts him on the battlefield, taps him through combat or Springleaf Drum/Survivors' Encampment, and uses the first instant cast each turn to copy it while Kalamax grows. Copy amplifiers Twinning Staff and Veyran accelerate the +1/+1 counters. The primary kill is a copied Chandra's Ignition or Soul's Fire for 21 commander damage per opponent; Overwhelming Stampede is a combat alternate. Secondary spell-slinger lines use Ral, Niv-Mizzet, Talrand, Rite of Dragoncaller, and a Frantic Search/Narset's Reversal/Increasing Vengeance copy chain. There is no hidden commander.
