Deck overview

The deck is a five-color spell-slinger value pile built around Ramos's second ability: casting multicolored spells puts +1/+1 counters on Ramos, then removing five counters creates WUBRG. The primary plan is to ramp into Ramos, chain two- and three-color modal charm spells, and use that burst of colored mana to cast expensive five-color payoffs like Primeval Spawn, Meeting of the Five, and Ruinous Ultimatum. Secondary paths use General Ferrous Rokiric and Mana Cannons to turn the same spell chain into golem tokens and direct damage. Omnath, Locus of All works as a second mana/card engine in the 99, but there is no hidden commander. The Battle of Alara is a value spell, not a separate commander.
