Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact-combo deck built entirely around Urza, Lord High Artificer's two jobs: turning every artifact you control into a mana engine, and using his {5} activation as a card-advantage machine. The deck's core plan is to assemble infinite mana (most cleanly via Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal tapped against Urza's artifact-tap ability, or Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth), then use Urza's activated ability to exile and cast the entire library, generating a massive Construct token and overwhelming the board. It runs a dense fast-mana package (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mox Opal, Chrome Mox, Lotus Petal, Ancient Tomb) plus a deep tutor suite to find the combo pieces quickly. The deck also carries strong stack interaction with nine free countermagic spells. Secondary paths include Hullbreaker Horror bounce loops and a huge Construct beatdown plan.
