Baru Wurm Tribal by EnableGODMODE

Format: Commander

Commander: Baru, Wurmspeaker

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This mono-green Wurm tribal battlecruiser ramps into 6-9 mana Wurms and overwhelms the table in combat. Baru, Wurmspeaker is a pure anthem and token multiplier, giving all Wurms +2/+2 and trample and discounting its 4/4 Wurm creation by the biggest power on board. The primary win is establishing Baru with 2-3 large Wurms and finishing with Overwhelming Stampede or repeated Baru tokens. Secondary paths use Garruk, Primal Hunter's Wurm army, Crush of Wurms flashback, and Emergent Woodwurm/Last March of the Ents to cheat permanents into play. Defiler of Vigor and The Great Henge act as hidden commanders, reducing costs, growing the board, and drawing cards to sustain the high curve.
