New Untitled Deck by Vendettathe5th

Format: Commander

Commander: Elminster

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Elminster is a scry-value planeswalker who turns every scry into cheaper instants/sorceries and whose -3 ability converts a single high-mana-value card into a flying Faerie Dragon army. The deck's main plan is to chain scry effects (Mystic Speculation, Foresee, The Temporal Anchor, Elminster's +2) to find and discount extra-turn spells, then make a huge token burst and finish with Cathars' Crusade or Intangible Virtue. Secondary plans use Storm Herd + Cathars' Crusade for a one-shot token kill, and Planetarium of Wan Shi Tong/Windbrisk Heights to cheat Omniscience or Time Stretch into play. There is no hidden commander and no double-faced commander; without Elminster the deck still has its Storm Herd kill but loses most of its speed.
