Deck overview

This deck is a Naya Equipment Voltron strategy commanded by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary game plan revolves around deploying potent weapons early—such as Blackblade Reforged, Argentum Armor, and Kaldra Compleat—and curving directly into Cloud. Because Cloud possesses haste and auto-attaches an Equipment upon entry, the deck bypasses cumbersome equip costs and attacks immediately on turn 4 or 5. Attacking nets fresh cards and generates Treasure tokens once Cloud reaches 7 power, fueling subsequent plays. Win conditions focus on high-damage combat lines utilizing double strike from Fireshrieker or additional combat steps from Hexplate Wallbreaker and Akki Battle Squad. While the deck features strong recursion and alternate weapon carriers like Armory Automaton and Bruenor Battlehammer, it remains susceptible to well-timed instant-speed spot removal and artifact board wipes, relying on cards like Clever Concealment and Swiftfoot Boots to keep its engines intact.
