Commander: Vren, the Relentless

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vren, the Relentless is a single-faced commander and the deck's engine: it turns every opponent creature that dies into exiled fuel, then converts that fuel into a growing Rat army at each end step. The primary plan is to deploy Vren, force sacrifices with edicts and Dictate of Erebos, and kill with a critical mass of Rats. Secondary paths are rat-tribal beatdown through Karumonix, Pack Rat, and Piper of the Swarm, mass recursion with Living Death and Haunting Voyage, and a two-card drain loop between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Enduring Tenacity. There is no hidden commander; the list is built around Vren's replacement effect.
