Deck overview

This Orzhov enchantment deck is commanded by Eriette of the Charmed Apple, focusing on an Aura-centric attrition strategy. The primary plan leverages low-cost Auras to pacify opposing threats, goad hostile creatures, and build a defensive perimeter that prevents enchanted creatures from attacking you. Simultaneously, Eriette turns every Aura under your control into direct life drain and life gain at each of your end steps. Card velocity is sustained through enchantress engines like Sram, Senior Edificer, Kor Spiritdancer, and Mesa Enchantress, alongside cost reducers such as Killian, Ink Duelist. As the board state develops, the deck scales its clock through token producers like Archon of Sun's Grace and Sigil of the Empty Throne, or explosive finishers such as Mantle of the Ancients and All That Glitters. The deck excels at grinding out creature-based strategies while maintaining a resilient life buffer, ultimately finishing the table around Turn 8 through cumulative life drain and evasive combat damage.
