Upgraded Precon Auntie ($50 Budget) by OldTimer

Format: Commander

Commander: Auntie Ool, Cursewretch

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jund (-1/-1 counters / Blight) midrange engine deck helmed by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch. The plan is to flood the board with counter distributors, convert every counter placement into cards (via Ool on your creatures) and life loss (via Ool and Obelisk Spider on opponents'), then explode into tokens through Nest of Scarabs, Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons, and Flourishing Defenses. Blowfly Infestation turns those engines into closed loops, while Necroskitter and The Reaper, King No More steal whatever dies with counters. Secondary finishes include go-wide combat, Soul Immolation, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, and the soft lock from Kulrath Knight. Ool is the primary card-advantage and drain engine rather than a combo piece; the deck still functions without her, but far more slowly.
