Format: Commander

Commander: Zurgo Stormrender

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Zurgo Stormrender leads an aggressive Mardu token horde that attacks early and turns every token's death into cards or drain. The primary plan is to assemble a wide board from cheap attack-trigger token producers (Adeline, Hero of Bladehold, Legion Warboss, Hanweir Garrison), then swing repeatedly; Zurgo supplies a free 1/1 each turn and draws whenever his Warrior dies at end step. Aristocrat effects (Elas il-Kor, Bastion of Remembrance, Goblin Bombardment) convert tokens into reach and removal. Recursion from Alesha, Death Tyrant, Smile at Death, and Altar of Bhaal helps rebuild. The finish is a pump/extra-combat turn with Roar of Resistance, Neriv, and All-Out Assault.
