High Perfect Morcant V2 by James803

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a highly synergistic Golgari Elf-tribal build helmed by High Perfect Morcant, using his "blight" (-1/-1 counter) etb trigger and Proliferate ability as a force multiplier. The core strategy revolves around establishing a dense board of mana dorks and lords, leveraging the commander's proliferate engine to fuel card draw from Blighted Blackthorn and Sinister Gnarlbark, and generating overwhelming token armies via Flourishing Defenses. Primary wins come from an explosive Craterhoof Behemoth combat step, mass life drain through Shaman of the Pack or Lathril, Blade of the Elves, or an infinite token/board-wipe loop using Blowfly Infestation + Flourishing Defenses. The deck is an engine-heavy value pile that requires the board state to function, relying on recursion and tempo rather than stack interaction.
