Deck overview

This Sultai deck focuses on extracting exponential value from enter-the-battlefield and landfall triggers using Yarok, the Desecrated and redundant doublers like Panharmonicon and Starfield Vocalist. Early turns emphasize mana acceleration through cheap ramp spells, mana dorks, and land-fetch effects. Once an ETB doubler is established around Turn 4, the deck pivots into dominant midrange engines. Cards like Tatyova, Benthic Druid and Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait generate immense card advantage, while disruptive creatures such as Agent of Treachery, Acidic Slime, and Massacre Wurm strip away opposing resources twice over. The primary win condition relies on overwhelming creature swarms from Scute Swarm, direct landfall life-drain from Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, or an entwined Tooth and Nail fetching game-ending threats. The deck features strong interaction, redundant value pieces, and solid recursion, allowing it to control the board and close games around Turn 7.
