Deck overview

This deck is an explosive four-color Reanimator strategy led by Nissa, Leyline Tamer. It uses low-cost looting spells such as Faithless Looting and Careful Study, alongside premier tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive, to deposit game-ending creatures into the graveyard during the opening turns. The deck then uses efficient reanimation spells including Reanimate, Animate Dead, and Necromancy to cheat game-warping monsters like Archon of Cruelty, Vilis, Broker of Blood, and Serra's Emissary onto the battlefield on turns 3 and 4. It establishes early control through recurring sacrifice triggers and damage negation before overwhelming the table with evasive flyers amplified by Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Aurelia, the Warleader, and Terror of the Peaks. While Nissa, Leyline Tamer provides late-game card advantage and creature-cheating power from the command zone, the 99 functions completely autonomously, featuring mass recursion via Living Death and flexible interaction.
