Deck overview

This deck is a specialized cascade roulette combo list built around The First Sliver. It utilizes a strict deckbuilding restriction: 62 lands and zero nonland cards below mana value 5 except Tibalt's Trickery. This guarantees that casting the five-color commander on Turn 5 always cascades into Tibalt's Trickery, which counters The First Sliver to cheat a massive bomb from the remaining 35 high-impact cards into play for free. The deck trades away all early interaction, ramp, and resilience to maximize the consistency of this single deterministic cascade line. Once a threat like Apex Devastator, Emergent Ultimatum, or Blightsteel Colossus enters on Turn 5, the deck leverages extra turns, haste, or pure combat power to close the game by Turn 7. If disrupted, the deck pivots to hard-casting high-cost threats on later turns.
